Terms of Use

Product boundary

Change Order Recovery Audit is a local, read-only second-opinion tool. You are responsible for selecting files, reviewing cited results, and making all pricing, billing, notice, approval, collection, and legal decisions. Findings are not approval, entitlement, claim valuation, legal or accounting advice, or a recovery guarantee.

What you need to run it

The product runs as an extension inside Claude Desktop on Windows. You need your own working Claude Desktop installation, which Anthropic provides under Anthropic's own terms. M2 AI, LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. If Claude Desktop changes or becomes unavailable, the product may stop working through no fault of M2 AI.

Company subscription

After one free completed local audit, the official managed build is available for $99 per month or $990 per year per legal company. A legal company means one business entity and the people it employs or engages; it does not cover affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, or separate entities, which each need their own subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize the company payment method you provide and confirm you have authority to bind the company.

Taxes and price changes

Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes, other than taxes on M2 AI's own income. M2 AI may change prices for future renewal periods with at least 30 days' notice to the billing contact on file. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before your next renewal date.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at period end through the Stripe customer portal. The first invoice may be refunded within seven days. Renewals and partial periods are not refundable except where required by law. A refund ends access. When a subscription ends or is not renewed, paid access ends at the end of the paid-through period.

Acceptable use

Use the product only on project materials you are authorized to review. Do not bypass or interfere with access controls, redistribute M2 AI trademarks, or use the service unlawfully. The source is available under MIT-licensed; that license does not grant rights to M2 AI names, logos, or product branding.

Suspension and termination

M2 AI may suspend or end access if a payment fails, if these terms are broken, or if the law requires it. Where it is practical, M2 AI will give notice first and a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using the product at any time; the cancellation and refund terms above still apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the product is provided as is and as available without warranties. M2 AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. M2 AI's total liability for claims related to the product is capped at fees paid for it during the preceding twelve months.

Changes to these terms

M2 AI may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. A material change takes effect for an existing subscription at the start of the next renewal period, or 30 days after it is posted here, whichever is later. Continuing to use the product after that date means you accept the updated terms.

General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without M2 AI's written consent; M2 AI may transfer them to a successor in a merger or sale of the business. These terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement about the product and replace earlier discussions. Notices to you may be sent to the billing contact on file or posted on this site.
